With the New Year upon us, Our Ladies Night will be set out with the following plan
Week 1: Legs Bums & Tums
Week 2: Equipment based
Week 3: Partner Workout
Week 4: Bag Work/Circuit Training
After week 4 we go back to week 1
Each week something different working on all aspects of fitness.
Everyone will receive 3 x 2 minute pads with one of our coaches too
