Barre (Lotte Berk original Barrre technique) Saturdays 9.15am.
We stretch and contract muscles at the barre to some funky disco tunes. there is no need to know Ballet.

‘I did it’

Graduation weekend
BWY 500 hours level 4 yoga teacher. Woop woop 🙌

I was 50 when I decided to become a yoga teacher.
1 year foundation
3 and a half years teacher training with the with the best of the best teacher trainers.

And here I am aged 55 (to the day) having studied 4 heavy reading yoga philosophy books, written copious amount of essays, studied the human body inside and out, given presentations to my teachers and fellow teachers trainers And learnt’t how to teach to all sorts of people with all sorts of challenges in life.
