Unity BJJ Unity BJJ is a professionally run Brazilian Jiujitsu school that offers classes for kids and adults. We have been running since 2017!!!

Unity BJJ is run by Coach Ben, who is a Brown belt under Simon Lee Riley of Gracie Barra. At Unity BJJ we welcome anybody who is keen on learning the art of BJJ. Whether you are brand new, already/have already trained or looking to pop by on your travels - we can cater for you! We run beginners classes, classes for competitors, kids classes and we run standard curriculum based classes. Unity BJJ i

s constantly reviewing its curriculum so that we can keep up to date with current practises. We are proud to be affiliated under Simon Lee RIley of Gracie Barra Thurrock who regularly monitors students progress. Eoghan has a wealth of experience being an active competitor - competing in the ADCC, CJI, Polaris and other UK promotions. Eoghan also broadcasts his own podcast, sparking conversation surround the most recent grappling news.

A new era of grappling has arrived in Kent. After a successful soft merge between Swale BJJ and Unity BJJ, we have decided to further combine forces.

To strengthen our bond, we felt we needed to take a unified approach with a change in name and branding - We are happy to announce our new club name - Kent Grapple.

It was amazing to see so much support for everyone who competed. There were plenty of wins but most importantly we had a team that put in maximum effort and the loses were only learning opportunities.

A couple of weeks ago, we were focused on arm bar positions. We worked on how to finish the arm bar and how to escape with various levels of threat and danger. We have since been working different positions on how to set up arm bars and other threats...

Whether you are looking for competition, want to learn more about Jiu-jitsu, or build up a system that will work for you - our sessions will help you map this out.
