Impact Gym Martial Arts gym dedicated to giving you the best experience in Thai Boxing, Boxing for adult, junior. That goes for both adults and juniors.

Impact Gym is for those who want to keep fit, healthy, build confidence and even looking to take it to the next level and compete. Instructor:

Jaman Chowdhury is a fully qualified senior Muay Thai Boxing (13th Khan Kru Yai) instructor and ABA qualified boxing instructor, with over 25 years of experience who has trained, coached and fought nationally and internationally with champions. Classes and

Times:

Junior Thai Boxing (5-12 year old):
-6pm - 7pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Junior Boxing (5-12 year old):
6pm-7pm- Tuesday & Thursday, 12 - 1pm Saturday
Sunday closed (only pay as you go) excluding membership. CrossFit:
7pm till 8pm- Tuesday & Thursday

Adult Thai Boxing:
8pm till 9pm - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday


Adult Boxing:
7pm till 8pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday


Coming to anyone of the classes for example:- who’s doing the boxing would have to bring your own boxing gloves, hand wraps and gum shields. Thai boxing :- box, boxing gloves, gum shields, hand wraps and shin guards. Our children who come to Impact gym have to wear the club uniform. The uniform is only sold at the gym. First time you bring the child to do a taster sessions you would only have to pay for the session on the day which is £5. So you would know if your child is interested in the sport or not. Second time the child attends you would have to buy the kit. The kit only includes shirt and Thai boxing shorts. Working with this remarkable individual has been a true pleasure. To summarize, she has bravely faced cancer, enduring chemotherapy and radiation that left her feeling weak and fragile. Yet, despite these challenges, her unwavering positivity and determination have inspired her to take the next step forward.
