POV: You learn a knee crush variation 🦵🔥

A knee crush is all about using strong positional control to isolate the leg and put your opponent in a difficult position to defend from.

In this breakdown, we go through a variation you can hit while attacking the legs looking at why the position works, where we need to create pressure, and how we connect each step together to reach the submission.

We cover how to:
🔑 Control the leg and create the right angles
📍 Move through the different positions without losing control
💥 Apply the knee crush and build the finishing position
🛡️ Shut down your opponent’s escape and counter attempts
🥋 Maintain the position so you can finish rather than having to constantly reset

The details are in the transitions. Once you understand where you need to be and how to control your opponent’s movement, the knee crush becomes a much more reliable attack.

Save this one and add another option to your leg attack game. 👊
