Are we the only independent gym in Rochdale with air-conditioned changing rooms? 👀

We’re genuinely not sure… but we haven’t found another one yet.

Because the Gymbound experience doesn’t stop when your workout does.

Both of our changing facilities are fully air-conditioned, giving you somewhere cool and comfortable to get changed, shower and get yourself sorted after training.

It might seem like a small detail.

Until you’ve just finished a hard session.

Fitness, wellbeing and everything in between.

Please note on the 31st August 2026 our opening hours and class time table will be different to our normal schedule.

Opening hours: 7AM - 4PM
First class: 08:30AM
Second class: 10AM

But Christmas parties involve things like booking venues, getting numbers and all the boring admin stuff 😂
