Have you just left school this year and want to play football!? Or maybe you know somebody else that does!?

We are looking for 16 year olds that want to play for our u17s! We need a goalkeeper and a few outfield players also. Sunday morning matches in the EMJFL with homes games played at Springfield Park. Training Tuesday evenings at Matthew Moss (from mid September - Springfield Park until then).

Great group of players looking to bolster their squad ahead of the season in a few weeks!

A disappointing return to league football for our u11 Tsunami yesterday! They started slowly and really struggled to get a foothold in the game.

A few positives to take from the game however and plenty to work on at training.

We had some moments in which we played some nice football but just not consistently enough! Ethan was really good all across the pitch and grabbed a couple of assists.

We dont lose, we learn and im sure we will bounce back together and really kick off the campaign next weekend!

Our U13 Xenas had a fantastic start to the season.

Harmony and Orla worked their magic upfront and really worked well together.

Midfield was strong in getting the ball up.

Mia took two shots on the net also which was great to see.

Real confidence from all today.

We got back when we needed and we pushed up and dropped back as a team.

Fantastic saves from Liv so she’s started on a clean sheet, long may it continue 🥇.

Really great passes out wide from our defence and midfielders set the girls up strong attacking each time.

Managers Player of the match was El as she was absolutely sensational. She went from one end of the pitch to the other and took a couple of shots too with a great run.

She was extremely strong as always in defence however she really covered the girls when they pushed up.

Players Player of the match went to Harmony she was sensational on the wing and provided two assists. She never stopped running constantly pressuring the opposition. Unlucky not to get a goal herself with a couple of great shots.

3 Goals for Orla today, two assists for Harmony and the 3rd came from a corner from Faith.

Awesome team work.

Top performance from u12 Thunder as they ran out 3-0 winners against Shawside Vasco today.

A stunning positional awareness and striking runs from Albie and a scintillating first outing at left back from Avaz earns two well deserved Player of the Match awards on a day where the whole team looked sharp on our first game back!

Our u13 Hailstorm kicked their season off today and it was superb team effort from the lads despite the result!

The team are still getting to know one another with new players making their debut today! The team never gave up and battled as a team.

The hard work will pay off, well done lads.

Supporter’s player of the match was Coby with a great debut in goal and the Manager’s player was Daniel - rock solid defending and great tackles!

Our u7 Tornado team got their season underway this afternoon against an experienced Heyside u8 team!

They battled their way through the match and had fantastic spirit as they blocked, tackled and drove at the opposition - all of which combined as Seb scored a lovely goal on the breakaway!

Jax made some excellent saves in what was a great goalkeeping display!

Player of the match was Ezra, he was superb from start to finish - listened to all instructions well and flew around the pitch making tackle after tackle. He was clearly enjoying himself aswell as he had the biggest smile on his face throughout! Well done Ezra!

Our u12 Lightning team opened their competitive football account with a comfortable win over Adelaide Crusaiders this afternoon.

The better team from the first whistle with Zak and Shahram scoring fantastic goals! We were too strong and determined from the get go!

Managers player of the match was Roshaan, with Madds and Zak sharing the supporters vote!
