After huge demand… it’s happening! 💥

Starting this August, we’re launching a brand new Kids BJJ class (ages 6–10) at Rio Grappling Club Rochdale! 🥋🔥

This class is all about teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fundamentals — building skills, discipline, and confidence in a fun and safe environment. Whether your child is full of energy, looking to gain focus, or wants to try something new, BJJ is the perfect fit.
