This 4-day crash course is perfect for children preparing to join our academy. It provides valuable in-water experience.

Monday 26 - Friday 30 October
(excluding Wednesday)

A 30 minute lesson per day at various times throughout the morning depending on availability

Price = £28
For children aged 3+

Current swimmers
This course offers an opportunity to refine techniques and accelerate toward passing their next stage.

Non-swimmers
For children aged 3+ that are not able to swim or have no swimming experience. Stanley 1 & 2 and Octopus 1

Beginner
For children aged 3+ with little or no swimming experience. Stanley 3-6 and Octopus 2 & 3

We are pleased to announce Stay Strong Stay Safe Masterclass training sessions. Each session has been designed to help you, your friends, family or people you care for to Stay Strong Stay Safe.

During these sessions, you will become a RoSPA Fall Fighter, with training on falls and how to help prevent them, and keep safe in your own home and when out and about.

Learn the Super 6 strength and balance exercises recommended to keep everyone safe and strong. Learn Backwards chaining skills to help you and others get up from the floor after a fall. Plus a workshop on the importance of good nutrition and hydration
on staying safe and strong, with healthy refreshments.

Ladies Walk and Jog Group

Come and join us for a ladies-only walk and jog group, and improve your health and fitness in a fun, safe and social session.

Whether you would like to walk a single 400m lap of the track or build your fitness until you can run 5km, our friendly qualified female coaches will be there to encourage and support you every step of the way.

Come on your own or with friends. If you would like to walk or jog while pushing your child in a buggy, you are very welcome to do so.
