Metcon Gym in Whitworth is a gym open to all ages and abilities with Gym memberships and group classes in strength, fitness, yoga, boxing and HIIT available. A full Gym section with quality equipment is complemented with a functional area and yoga studio. We have personal trainers dedicated to help you achieve your goals. Memberships start at £20 per month.

Transformation 🔥

Aidan knew he wanted to change his lifestyle back in 2021. He wanted more for himself and choose a lifestyle of health and fitness.

He chose to join and through a consistent training routine, better nutrition and focusing on self-development Aidan now sits over 2 stone heavier than when he started 😎
