Our WOD classes are a 45 minute high intensity training workout in the morning with a warm up and stretch off included.

Starting your day with a hit class will help to burn more calories all day long compared to a hit class later in the evening.
So if you're looking for a way to boost your metabolism and burn more calories, then our WOD classes in the morning are a great option.

Why train your chest ? ❗️

Your chest makes up some of the largest muscles in the upper body.
Not only does training your chest improve your physique, improve upper body strength and help your posture but it also is important for pushing motions in daily life, wether it’s getting yourself up out of bed or pushing open a door. 💪🏽

Also another really common thing I hear in regards to training chest is “will training my chest make my breasts smaller ?” 🤔

Since your breasts are made of fatty tissue and not from muscle, training your chest will not have an effect on your breast size so rest assured 😮‍💨

Your legs are important for everyday life but are often skipped or even forgotten about.
No one likes to walk around with sore legs all day, but it’s so important to train your legs as through training them you will;

🔴 Help to burn More Calories.

🔴 Achieve a more “balanced” physique.

🔴Will help to reduce the risk of injury.

Helps to trigger and produce hormones such as :

🔴 Testosterone which helps your body to both build and repair muscle.

⚫️ Cortisol which helps your body to respond to stress and increase fat metabolism.

🔴 Human growth hormone (HGH) which helps regulate the fat, muscle, tissue and bone in our bodies.
