2️⃣ Fuel – Forget crash diets. Eating enough quality food (protein, fiber, healthy fats) keeps energy high, hormones happy, and cravings under control 🍗🥑
3️⃣ Stress Less – Too much stress = high cortisol = stubborn fat storage (especially around the mid rift region). Prioritise sleep, recovery, and you time 🛌🧘🏼♀️
4️⃣ Move – Walk, swim, play paddle daily movement outside the gym keeps the calories burning and life enjoyable🚶🏼♀️🎾🏊🏼♀️
