So today I did my first interclub at Middleton Thai Boxing Club I give it my best and I had a amazing time whilst doing so, the guy who I was against aas ovs well taller than me but I still give it a good go I want to thank my wife for pushing me into muay thai because none of it would have been possible without her and I'd also like to thank maccifield gym what a day we'll in everyone Kayleigh Hargreaves

Done and dusted smashed 3 1 and half hour classes and a mean sparing session 18 3 min rounds definitely seeing myself improve in this sport now, I've got a fu**ed up leg and my calf is killing but it's all good fking love it dont I and my black eyes are not to bad at all tbh neither muay thai is life💯🧨🦵💪🥊

Definitely a big change here for me I've dropped over a stone and half maybe more hard work and dedication really does pay off since I stared Muay thai about 2 years ago and gave up bodybuilding I've improved massively my cardio, fitness, speed and strength have gone through the roof

Trimmed down loads now since I started this muay thai game, I've still got a long way to go yet but I love it and I'm not stopping anyone soon muay thai is life 💯🥊🦵🧨💪
