Gym PT soon available.
I had to stop at Riverside Leisure Club, Cardiff last April due to unforeseen family circumstances, continuing only with outdoors/ home visits mornings only.

I now have the possibility of training clients in a local gym again, limited hours at first but I’ll hopefully be able to add more slots as the year goes on.

Priority given to current and former clients, however I am open to enquiries too and will be posting this in various places.
