We’re extremely excited to announce that we will be hosting the Northants Seniors Cricket Over 60s side on Thursday
What makes the fixture so exciting is they will be playing a Touring Western Australia XI in their final game over here.
The bar will be open and the BBQ will be on
In addition we are extremely proud to see our very own Terry Crabtree (pictured) representing the County (and technically the country!) on his home turf

Does your child fancy taking up a new sport? For the 2026 season we have Under 11s, 12s and Under 15s.

SBCC is a friendly, welcoming club where young players of all abilities can learn new skills, make friends, and enjoy the game in a fun and supportive environment. Coaching is provided by experienced volunteers, and all new players are welcome—whether they’re completely new to cricket or have played before.

With the Cricket Season just around the corner this weekend was the
A huge thank you to everybody who turned out to help get the club ready for a summer of cricket
Unfortunately despite Northamptonshire County Cricket Club lending us Tiaan Louw for the day to provide his rolling expertise on our Auto-Roller we still have a massive hill at the Bruerne
Joking aside it was a pleasure to host Tiann and Jim who both got stuck into the job list which included freshening up the nets ready to be opened for the season.
Once again thanks to everybody who gave their time and see you all very soon for the start of the season
