Today on Masterchef, John has prepared an exceptional
“Thon et Pot de Nouille”
(Swipe for ingredients)
Method:
1. Dig out the potentially out of date Pot Noodle from the back of the cupboard
2. Open a tin of tuna, and drain whilst waiting for the kettle to boil
3. Ask yourself if you’re a dirty little pervert?
4. Accept that you are
5. Follow instructions on the pot
6. Slap it all in a bowl

*disclaimer* this meal is high in salt and fat, but that’s ok as long as you understand how much salt and fat you should be consuming. It is also high in protein and carbs. Not recommended as a regular meal idea.
