Today on Masterchef, John has prepared an exceptional
“Thon et Pot de Nouille”
(Swipe for ingredients)

Method:
1. Dig out the potentially out of date Pot Noodle from the back of the cupboard
2. Open a tin of tuna, and drain whilst waiting for the kettle to boil
3. Ask yourself if you’re a dirty little pervert?
4. Accept that you are
5. Follow instructions on the pot
6. Slap it all in a bowl

Bon appetit 😋

*disclaimer* this meal is high in salt and fat, but that’s ok as long as you understand how much salt and fat you should be consuming. It is also high in protein and carbs. Not recommended as a regular meal idea.

Happy New Year! Google made me this collage, isn’t it lovely?

All of us here at (that’ll be just me then), would like to say a big thanks to all my clients for another great year of bantzzzzz and gainzzzzzz. Mainly bantzzz probably…a few last minute cancellations….a few injuries…a spot of covid here and there….that lurgy that everyone had, that was a bit s**t wasn’t it…..the cost of living crisis (and you still could afford PT 👏)…..heatwaves….the Queen dying….a full week of sad songs on the radio….Pele dying….Everton getting a point at City….world population exceeding 8 billion….that’s a lot of heads….Can you tell I’m on google now?

Anyway all the best to you all for 2023, I’ll see you there

🥑Top food tip: to make avocado edible, squeeze fresh lime onto it

33 miles in the sunshine followed by a re-fuel of
2 sourdough toast, smashed avocado with lime juice, smoked salmon and Parma ham 😋

75g oats
115g banana 🍌
92g strawberries 🍓
8g coconut oil 🥥
54g egg white powder🥚
10g almond butter
8g Linwoods flaxseed

877 calories and it tasted great too 🤤

Not quite sure which magazine cover he’d make it onto though?

Dean wears a cute little blue and white Adidas set with trainers to match

Pictured here in his preferred habitats; the floor, and sat on his backside whilst making offensive gestures towards me

He enjoys romantic novels, writing sonnets for his wife, origami, and bicep curls

He does not enjoy:
❌Any form of leg exercise
❌Supersets
❌Having to work when the football’s on
❌Being told what to do
