Circuits class will be restarting on the 31st August at an earlier time of 6.30pm - we have changed the venue to Bath Fields (Bridge Street) https://goo.gl/maps/g7dveNQWkmwTLBmH9 for outdoor sessions for the foreseeable future.

You will be required to book your place each week via a form which you will find the link for on here, and/or it will be sent to you if we have your number. Booking is essential and you will not be able to simply turn up to sessions from now on.

You will have to confirm that you are not displaying any Covid 19 symptoms, that you are not self isolating or have been in contact with someone who is and that you will maintain a 2 metre social distancing gap during the session.

Numbers will be limited to 24 people and you will receive a confirmation email that you have a place for that session.

This is the simplest and safest way that we can return with the current guidelines and we hope to see you all shortly!

UPDATE:
Dear all, now that gyms are allowed to re-open in Wales we are currently looking at how we could possibly restart the class.

The guidance that we have to follow puts many restrictions in place and if we do decide to restart then classes will be very different compared to how they were before.
It will not be simple for us to follow the guidelines given our structure.
We will need to restrict numbers, have a booking system, a cleaning regime, socially distanced sessions, along with multiple other restrictions.

We will endeavour to restart the class as soon as possible and will provide another update when we have news for you.

Thank you for your continued support.

Sooo today's circuit is for the garden.
It is 5 sets of 4 exercises for 45 seconds - plus a 1 minute rest at the end of the 5 sets = 16 minutes. Then carry on with the second set of exercises for the same intervals. If your garden or drive aren't suitable for shuttle runs try running on the spot or High Knees.

Today's workout:

100 x burpees (chest and hips to floor)
100 x sit ups
100 x Squats (bum goes lower than knees)

This is against the clock, you can do this in any number of reps you like i.e. 100 of each in one go, or 10, 25, 50 etc until you get to 100 reps of each exercise in any order. Its you against the clock!

Hi Everyone, hope you are keeping well. Here is another circuit for you. It is kettlebell based but you could substitute with something weighty or a paint tin (just make sure the handle is secure!!)
You will also need a "tabata timer" app for your phone (loads on the app stores)
Set the app for 20 seconds exercise, 10 seconds rest - 8 sets.
You have a 1 minute rest between changing between the 4 different exercises.

Any questions, just ask 👍

Here is a circuit that you can try out at home. I will endeavor to put up regular sessions for you.

This one is simple to get us started - 30 seconds on each of the 3 exercises, followed by 30 seconds rest x 3. Each mini circuit should last 6 minutes and the whole session should take 18 minutes.

You could adapt some exercises if you have a kettlebell or dumbbell to add weight (or if you're really a large pack of pasta) or do the exercises for longer (e.g. 45 seconds).

Be sensible if you are stepping up onto a chair or step and remember to have fun!
