⭐️NEW CLASS STARTS TOMORROW ⭐️ Decades reloaded , a fun fitness dance class aimed to help support positive mental health with easy to follow moves and sing along tracks . I’m excited to be starting a fitness dance class at Get Fit 4 Mental Wellness in Sowerby Bridge on Wednesday 10th April at 9.45am . It will be a blend of new and old tracks with some Spanish inspiration.

Another Four week fitness yoga course!!! Come and join me for an holistic workout. A mix of fast-paced yoga poses that’s focus on building strength and endurance and flexibility, with alittle relaxation/ meditation at the end. Its also excellent form of yoga for burning calories and increasing flexibility. This time I plan to focus more on the flow , In hope that it creates a sense of meditation through movement while challenging the body. The course runs from Monday 9th May- Monday 30th May £35 pp at HT Fitness Ripponden 7.30pm-8.30pm please message me. Thanks x

QUESTION OF THE WEEEEEK ( said in a singy songy way 😆.
Gina Cole asked what the best way is to boost metabolism. In my opinion Hitt ( high intensity interval training) like metafit or insanity ( personally I prefer metafit as it’s more structured) the science behind it is that it shocks your body into burning calories for around 24hrs. This can be done at any level and doesn’t have to be leaping around like a madman , just as long as you give your 100%. Another way would be strength training/ weights . This will help increase muscle mitochondria which helps increase metabolic rate . I’ll add afew videos for some ideas .
Another simple less dramatic way is to just get out for a walk or bike ride and just increase activity 👍Hope this is helpful 😊👍 Jayne xx ( Before preforming any of these forms of exercise you should check with your dr, especially if you have any health conditions or injuries 👍) xx
