Member Transformation Spotlight – Eve! 🌟
This week, we’re celebrating Eve, one of our amazing Orbit members who has been training 2–3 times a week and getting stronger and fitter every single session. 💪
Eve joined us in July 2024, and what an incredible journey it’s been already!
Here’s what she had to say:
“I started my Orbit adventure in July 2024. I didn't come there to lose weight, but to regain energy and finally do something for myself.
I'd never done any exercise before. I needed motivation and someone to guide me, because I couldn't do anything on my own. I was getting slower and slower, I didn't feel like doing anything, and everything at work seemed to take longer.
I think for the first time in my life I can say I'm proud of myself,that I didn't give up, because it still brings me pleasure and joy. Training with others pushes me to work harder and discover my capabilities. And I know that I'm doing it for my health and better well-being, and that's the most important thing.
Eve’s story is such a powerful reminder that exercise isn’t just about fitness or the scales — it’s about feeling better inside and out. Many of our members join Orbit to boost energy, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being, and we love seeing how that positivity carries into everyday life. 💚
