Hi there, Just over 2 years ago i decided to to start using insanity as a way to get myself back into shape and start to push me like never before, this is one of the best decisions of my life as im know in a happier and more fitter place, I know do other home workouts from beachbody and also hit the gym a few days a week for weight training, and know that beachbody is coming to the UK ive decided

to become a coach as soon as it launches on October 19th to help people reach there goals and offer my support like my group did for me. Beachbody is here in the UK and i am an independent Beachbody coach here to help and support you with your health and fitness goals.
