Face Coverings in our Retail Areas

With the latest Government Regulations on face coverings for all retail indoor shop areas from 24 July 2020 the following changes to our shop areas are listed below.

All customers entering our indoor retail areas must wear a face covering. This may be a mask, perspex face shield, scarf or any cloth which covers the mouth and nose. We have face coverings available to purchase at each of our sites should you require one.

We also recognise that some people are unable to wear them due to hidden medical needs or if they are under the age of eleven and we will not interrogate our customers to confirm health conditions which would exempt them from wearing the masks.

The Government has made clear that it is the Police who enforce the wearing of face coverings, not our staff. In short, it is down to yourselves as to whether you can wear a mask.

We will continue to follow social distancing within our sites and minimise the people permitted into our retail shop areas. Please work with our staff to ensure both your safety and theirs. The social distancing measures are assessed on a site by site basis.

We have hand sanitiser for our customers to use when entering the shop.

For those who still do not feel comfortable to come into our shop, please discuss with us ways we can support you.
