Congratulations to everyone who graded this weekend.

The standard across all sessions was extremely high, and it was fantastic to see so much hard work, determination and progress on display.

A huge thank you to all of our parents and families for your continued support. Your encouragement behind the scenes plays a huge part in every student’s success.

I would also like to personally thank everyone who helped on the day with registration, organisation and general support. Events like this simply wouldn’t run as smoothly without you.

Well done everyone on your achievement — enjoy the moment, then it’s time to set the next goal.

Had a great week away and a chance to recharge.

A sincere thank you to all of the instructors who covered classes while I was away. It's reassuring to know that the dojo is in good hands and that our members continue to receive the same high standards of coaching and support.

COACHING NOTICE – THIS EVENING

With the temperature being higher this evening, please make sure you bring plenty of water with you to training.

Water bottles can be kept in the private gym/recovery area, which will be fully air conditioned and available for anyone who needs 5 minutes to cool down or recover during the session.

Training will be carefully temperature controlled throughout the evening, alongside access to the air-conditioned recovery/drinks room.
