A huge thank you to everyone who took part in this year’s Fountains 10K.

The North Yorkshire hills are challenging enough on a normal day, but with the added heat, every single runner who crossed the finish line should be incredibly proud of their achievement. ☀️⛰️

From the front runners battling for trophies to those taking on their first 10K, you all helped make the event a fantastic success.

We’d also like to thank our amazing volunteers, marshals, sponsors, local residents and supporters who helped make the day possible.

Most importantly, thank you for helping us raise money for Fountains C of E Primary School and Grewelthorpe C of E Primary School. ❤️

“The puddle” is surprisingly dry again this year, the “hill of pain” is still hilly.
We also have an imposter puddle down drift lane 💦

Busy day today prepping for the 10k & fun run.

Goodie bags are packed for the fun run 👌🏼

Each finisher will get a medal, apple, water and bag of sweets kindly donated by Mrs Fox’s Favourites who have also sponsored the race by providing us with a voucher for 1/2/3 place boys/girls, along with a tub of sweets each too!
