RAW UPDATE//

Well guys

About 5 years ago, I was diagnosed with a severe condition called Dilated Cardiomyopathy. It came about from a routine medical in the Marines for Promotion.

Within 1 week of getting promoted I was also told I would be getting discharged. The Marines is all I really knew from a young age and it came as massive shock.

Anyway I’ve been treading water since I was diagnosed not really having any detailed advice on what I could and couldn’t do.

As a Physical training instructor and a very keen triathlete, mentally I found it really hard to train considering the potential risk.

Recently I received some really positive news reference my heart function and I feel like making up for the last 5 years. Soon I will be launching my own personal challenge to raise as much money as possible for

At the end of the day! I didn’t identify any symptoms at the time and felt at my absolute peak.

So back to it these last couple of weeks in preparation for a crazy challenge next April!

This year has been a busy one for Raw Fitness. Because of this, we have decided to start our first morning class every Tuesday 7:15-8:15am commencing from the 7th of January.

📢 Join us for our new classes at Raw Fitness! 💪

🗓️ Starting from Thursday, 8th February, we’re offering a new Thursday class with Anna:
🕕 6pm - 6.30pm: Absolute Abs
🕖 6.30pm - 7pm: Pure HIIT

🗓️ And mark your calendars from Monday, 19th February, where I will be adding an additional class at 1700. This Class will be for both Mondays and Wednesday on top of both the 1800 & 1915 class.
