Get ready for our biggest summer yet at Illuminate Dance & Performing Arts! 🤩

Whether your child loves performing, dancing, creating or simply having fun with friends, we’ve got something for everyone this August!

🎭 THE GREATEST SHOW - Show in a Week Camp!
📅 Monday 3rd - Friday 7th August
👧 Ages 6-18

In just 5 days, our performers will audition, be cast in roles, learn songs, dances and scenes, create props and sets, and perform a spectacular show inspired by ‘THE GREATEST SHOWMAN’ for family and friends on the final day! This is the first time we’ve done a full ‘Show in a week’ camp and we can’t wait!

📅 Wednesday 12th August
👧 Ages 2½-8 years

A fun-filled day specially designed for our youngest dancers, packed with dancing, games, superhero adventures, crafts and imaginative play! Fancy dress is also welcome if they wish!

Our competition girls did us very, very, VERY proud! We even had both of our lyrical teams dance in one big routine together for the occasion!

“Look around, look around at how lucky we are…” ✨
What an incredible day we had yesterday with our special guest teacher Sam! Our students got a real insight into the world of musical theatre as Sam shared his experiences from the UK & Ireland Tour of Matilda and the West End production of Hamilton! 🎶⭐

From learning authentic choreography from the shows to hearing all about life in the industry, our superstars absolutely “revolted” their way through the workshops with so much energy and hard work 💪 We also loved finishing the workshops with a little Q&A, where students had the chance to ask questions and gain even more backstage knowledge!

A huge thank you to the wonderful Sam for delivering such phenomenal workshops and giving our students such a special opportunity they’ll never forget 🥰

What a truly special evening we had celebrating our amazing exam students who took their dance exams in March!

Last night was all about recognising the hard work, dedication and incredible achievements of every single student. We are beyond proud of you all… what an incredible accomplishment! 🤗
