You didn’t “ruin” your progress because you had pizza on Friday.

You didn’t fall off track because of one night out.
But you might be sabotaging your results with what happens after.

➡️ You restrict all week, trying to be “perfect.”
➡️ By Friday, you’re starving, mentally and physically.

Scared to go to the gym alone?

Client S never believed she would have the confidence to step foot in the gym..

Let alone by herself

6 months later and she’s smashing her sessions by herself! 👏🏼

It’s scary trying something new, especially when you’re not feeling your most confident self

So how did we do it?

We got S into a consistent routine of moving her body, including daily walking goals and a weekly home workout routine 👏🏼

From here when she felt ready we took the gym as a playground

The gym was overwhelming for S so instead of expecting too much, we dialled it back and just focused on getting 1 exercise done and mastered it each time she went

Once she had built up a little library of exercises that’s when we built her gym programme based on movements she knew and could perform without feeling the overwhelm of new machines

The last few weeks she’s been smashing her full sessions and her progress is only going to 🚀 from here!

Realising that you don’t need to be perfect

You just have to make a start

And be consistent

And in 6 months you could be unrecognisable like S👏🏼💖

5 simple tips for staying on track with your fat loss goals 👏🏼

No I’m not going to tell you to do 15,000 steps a day…

1. Water, water & more water 💦 at least 2 litres a day but if you can do more then DO IT (add 0 cal squash)
2. Rest, training every day is going to lead to injury and burnout 😰
3. Workout in the morning, if you can. Those workouts your “going to do later” won’t happen 🏋🏼‍♀️
4. Don’t go shopping hungry EVER 🍪
5. Sleep, quality sleep & a solid evening routine will beat those groggy mornings

Chloe was desperate to shift the baby weight and feel confident again…

Becoming a first time mum meant all her focus was now on her little boy & she had forgotten about herself ❤️‍🩹

We started Chloe on a meal plan to give her some focus and direction with her nutrition, focusing on high protein, healthy fats & a 80/20 rule 🍔🍎

Implemented some home work-outs that were quick & efficient whilst baby slept! Until Chloe found her love for running 🏃🏼‍♀️ which she is now SMASHING

It felt like a long old slog for her at the beginning but it’s safe to say that the CONSISTENCY has paid off 👏🏼

Not only does she look AMAZING, she also

✅Has more energy for her family
✅Feels more confident in her clothes
✅Fitter and stronger than EVER!
✅Back into old clothes 🥺

Proud doesn’t cut it 👊🏼

When I say scales aren’t the only way to track your progress…THIS is what I mean 👏🏼

Shauna came to me wanting to lose fat & get her confidence back. She initially felt anxious in the gym and was unsure on how to build a workout plan.

So what did we do?

⚡️Implemented a workout plan that was designed specifically for Shauna and her goals and abilities
⚡️Followed a tailored nutrition programme, fully flexible to her lifestyle including weekends away & food that she loves
⚡️Checked in each week to keep her accountable and make adjustments when necessary

The results:
🔥Centimetres LOST
🔥Gained CRAZY Confidence in and out of the gym
🔥Strength in the gym grew MASSIVELY
🔥Saw changes in her body DESPITE the scale not moving
🔥Built a STRONG mindset around food & fixed the negative mindset around scale weight

She now feels confident in her abilities and has a much better understanding around nutrition & training as a whole!

TW: calories‼️Calorie Banking, is it useful? 🧠

In short, yes. But it shouldn’t be abused.

Calorie banking is a really useful tool for managing social occasions in a fat loss phase.

By keeping the weekly average calories the same but using “more” on the days where you may need flexibility and “borrowing” them from the other days.

This should NOT be used as a long term method and only for if you have social occasions and you want peace of mind that you’re still working towards your goals.

By all means, if you don’t track your calories or don’t want to bank them then that is fantastic, but for the people who struggle to manage their social occasions along side their long term goals this can be a really useful TOOL 🛠️
