Our beginners group lessons kick off on Monday 18th with Will- either join the block of 4 sessions for £40 or pay as you go for £12 a session. I have a few spaces left - drop me a DM if you want to book.

Exciting news…. We are opening on Wednesday mornings from the 20th May. 6.15-8am. There is just one time slot showing 6.15-7.20 so you can check in anytime with that time frame - as we don’t get huge numbers just makes the admin a bit easier.

We have a slight change to our cold water/beginners sessions - these are now only running on Monday evenings. I have a few spaces available on the following dates-

April 7th
April 13th
April 20th

These start at 5.30pm. Drop me a DM or email if you want to book.

Cold water training/coaching sessions are back this year. Like last year these are designed to help those new to open water learn how to acclimatise to cold water. Also suitable for those new to open water.

The sessions will be run on the following dates:

Saturday 4th April - 7.30am
Monday 6th April - 5.30pm
Saturday 11th April - 7.30am
Monday 13th April - 5.30pm
Saturday 18th April - 7.30am
Monday 20th April - 5.30pm

These sessions are payable on the day and are £12 per person. Numbers are limited to 6 per session. To book drop me a DM.

Our blocks of beginners lessons will start in May. More details closer to the date.
