Heatherdale pavilion is taking shape - the new home to Heatherdale Cricket Club and Heathmont Jets Football Netball Club.

This is another exciting local project I'm proud to have kick-started with funding and now delivering along with Whitehorse City Council.

The third time’s a charm for Heatherdale.

This Foundation has been established by the clubs to raise funds to pay for the fitting out of the new facility. For better functionability of the new facility it is important that it is fitted with the appropriate resources to be beneficial and useful to the clubs and the community.

While all donations to the Foundation will be gratefully received, pledges of the following amounts will be recognised with donor names forever prominently displayed inside the facility as Foundation Members:

$5,000 > Diamond
$2,000 > Gold
$1,000 > Silver
$500 > Bronze
$250 > Community

Through the Club's fundraising partnership with the Sports Foundation, donation to this development are tax deductible.

Happy Australia Day! 🇦🇺

It was great to get a visit from a very important local constituent Evan, who I was able to help obtain a cochlear implant some years ago.

I always enjoy catching up with Evan and his family to keep up with his progress, and I’m always reminded of this life changing technology for the hearing impaired.

On my travels today I dropped into the East Ringwood Cricket Club and was great to bump into President of the Club, Peter Wright who was working hard as usual!

Always a good reminder that it’s the countless volunteers who keep our community groups strong.
