HYROX Workshop!

We are very excited to share we will be hosting a Hyrox Workshop for you all on the 16th August, 10:30-16:00.

We will be discussing all the latest from the rule book update, ensuring you know what to expect; top tips from experienced pro racer when racing solo, pro or doubles; how to fuel for your training and prior to your race; the importance of hydrating; taper week; mindset control and so much more!

The price of your ticket will be £30 which will also include drinks and snacks on arrival, a fuel inspired lunch, and a HYROX style workout to finish with. You’ll even get some goodies thrown in there too 😉 Plus a 15% discount on our next full sim in September!

Sunday 16th February we will be holding a full Hyrox simulation 💚

The Revolution is a fully functioning HYROX facility with our very own HYROX Training Club 🤙🏼
This meaning we have access to all 8 of the Hyrox stations and the full 1km run with extra to allow for Roxzone times to give you as accurate time as possible.

Start times between 8:00 and 11:30, once you have booked your space through our GloFox app, drop us a message to confirm your start time.

💥2 day HYROX Workshop and Full Simulation💥

Kick start your New Year as we launch our next HYROX Workshop and Full Simulation on January 4th & 5th!

These workshops really are a superb opportunity for those competing in a hyrox race to find out more about the race itself; exploring tips and techniques, education around fuelling correctly for the big day, and a chance to get hands on as we go through each station breaking down each movement for both singles and doubles races… And much more!!
Equally, if you are unsure about the sport and would like to know more, this is the perfect opportunity for you too.

🌟We will also be joined by Precision Fuel & Hydration to discuss fuelling before a race, Dan from DJR Performance to discuss mindset management and goal setting, and Will from 9Endurance to discuss run form and technique 🌟

Following on from the workshop we will be holding a full hyrox sim on SUNDAY 5th JANUARY. Please speak to one of the coach’s or message us to book your time slot. (Sim included within the price!)

Come join our friendly and welcoming run club, this is free of charge and a coach lead club 🏃

There will be two options, first option is a 5km loop; second option is to head out for a second loop to complete a 10km run.

Meet at The Revolution for 7:20am to start at 7:30am, every Saturday morning.

This club will be weather dependant, you will receive a message by 6am if we plan to cancel due to poor weather conditions🌨️💨⛈️❄️

Do you ever feel like you need a chance to just stop ✋unwind 😌and rest your mind 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♂️??

With mental health awareness day being just last week, we want we to give you the opportunity to do just this… Come down to The Rev 23rd November between 10:30 and 13:00, where you can have a bit of time to stop from life’s craziness, take time to focus on you, sit and relax and chat to other like minded people… but do all this, with a twist🐶

We are extremely excited to have .94 and these little bundles of joy come and spend a couple of hours with us, to enjoy cuddles, play and bring joy to those that need it.

Whilst this is joy for us, this is also a great opportunity for the puppies to experience socialisation before they go to their forever homes 💚

If this is something that you’re interested in then please do come on down, drop in any time between 10:30 and 13:00 (or stay the duration if you wish) no booking need, free of charge and all welcome 💚
