Studio 50 believes in a commitment to health and wellness, and we are here to support you as you make that very important investment in yourself. Just as one treatment for an injury may not be sufficient, we also believe that regularly attending our Mind and Body classes is also important. To truly benefit from Yoga and Pilates it is important to practice regularly and commit to yourself. With this in mind are delighted that our classes are now returning to 4-6 week block bookings. This not only enables our wonderful instructors to prepare some amazing classes for you, but it also ensures that participants are able to progress and improve
Just as our therapies and treatments are bookable direct, from June our classes will also become Instructor led and bookings should be made direct with the instructor
