🖤🖤BLACK BELT GRADING – SATURDAY 15TH AUGUST! 🖤🖤

This Saturday is a huge day for Ben, Maggie and Katrina as they take on their RKO Black Belt Grading!

Getting to this point takes so much more than simply learning techniques. It takes commitment, discipline, determination, hard work and the ability to keep pushing yourself when things get tough. Everyone’s journey is different, but Ben, Maggie and Katrina have each worked incredibly hard to earn the opportunity to attempt their black belts and now it’s time to put everything they’ve learned to the test.

⏰ Grading starts at 10am

We’d love our RKO and BKO family to come along and support Ben, Maggie and Katrina during the grading. Even popping in for a little while to cheer them on will mean a lot.

We’ll also need some help with sparring!
Sparring should start at around 1pm-ish, so if you’re able to help, please bring your sparring kit and come ready to give them some good rounds!

I’ll post updates during the grading so everyone knows roughly where we are and when the sparring is getting close.

Ringwood Kickboxing Organisation are incredibly proud to be a sponsor of Alderholt Football Club. With three of my children training with them, I get to see first hand just how special this club truly is.

The coaches are amazing, they give so much of their time, energy and heart. They understand the children they teach, know how to bring out the best in them, and support them through every high and every low.

As a coach myself, I know what great coaching looks like and Alderholt FC has lots of them.

Alderholt FC is a place where every child feels part of something bigger, where confidence grows, friendships form, and every player succeeds in their own way, regardless of their skill level.

Today we celebrated their presentation day, and it was a true honour to hand out trophies to such incredible young aspiring sports ladies

A huge thank you to all the coaches, organisers, helpers, parents and players, you make the club such a special place.

And a special shout out to coaches Ben, Stu, Rob, Matt, Sean, Phil and Chris — thank you for everything you do.
