Another day… another Vitalis update 🤍

Things are really starting to come together at our new Ringwood home!

With the flooring down, the next job was getting our new training and rehabilitation equipment built and into place.

This space will allow us to take rehabilitation that step further — progressing from hands-on treatment and injury recovery into movement, strength and confidence.

And of course, it didn’t take long before the team started testing everything out 😂

There’s still plenty to do before we’re finished, but every day it’s looking a little more like Vitalis Performance & Wellness.

We can’t wait to welcome you in.

Another big step in the Vitalis transformation… 🤍

The flooring is going down and our new training & rehabilitation space is really starting to take shape!

It’s definitely been a family effort getting this one done 😅 but seeing the room change makes all the hard work worth it.

This will soon be the space where we help our clients build strength, recover from injury, move better and feel stronger.

Next job… the equipment 👀

Look who came to visit… 🤍✨

As our new Vitalis home starts to take shape, we had a lovely visit from Nourish - with Clare and her little helpers! 🥰

And there’s a little more to this visit than just popping in to see the new place…

We’re really excited that Clare will be working from Vitalis, bringing her trademark warmth and sparkle ✨ along with her nutritional expertise to complement our approach to health, performance and wellbeing.

One of the things we want Vitalis to be is a place where looking after yourself goes beyond simply treating an injury. We want to bring together different areas of expertise to help people feel stronger, move better and live well.

We’re so excited to have Clare joining us and we’ll be sharing much more about what she’ll be offering from Vitalis very soon. 🤍

Although judging by the photo, Clare’s already brought along two potential new members of the Vitalis team… 😂🤍

So… what’s been going on behind those covered windows? 👀🎨

The transformation of 8 Market Place is officially underway!

We’ve swapped treatment tables for paint rollers, covered just about everything in masking tape and even recruited the littlest member of the team to help! 😂🤍

There’s still plenty to do, but little by little our new space is starting to feel like Vitalis Performance & Wellness.

Soon it’ll be our new Ringwood home for Sports Therapy, Sports Massage, Injury Rehabilitation and Personal Training — and we can’t wait to show you how it all comes together.

Next up… more painting, flooring, equipment, signage and lots of finishing touches! 👀

And here’s the exciting news we’ve been waiting to share… 🔑🤍

We’ve got the keys!

Vitalis Performance & Wellness has a brand-new home at 8 Market Place, right in the heart of Ringwood.
At the moment it might not look much like Vitalis… but that’s about to change! 😄

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be transforming the space into our new home for Sports Therapy, Sports Massage, Injury Rehabilitation and Personal Training.
There’s painting to do, flooring to lay, equipment to arrive and plenty of finishing touches — and we’re going to take you along for the whole transformation.
For everyone who has supported Vic over the years, thank you. We’re incredibly excited about what comes next and can’t wait to welcome you through the doors. 🤍

The keys are ours. Now the work begins! 🔑

Vic Walls Pain & Injury Therapy is becoming Vitalis Performance & Wellness.

It’s a new name and a new look, but the same commitment to helping you feel stronger, move better and get back to doing the things you love.

Vitalis represents where we’re heading — bringing together Sports Therapy, Injury Rehabilitation, Sports Massage and Personal Training in a space focused on helping you move, recover and perform at your best.

And very soon, we’ll be opening the doors to our new clinic in the heart of Ringwood. 🤍
