Now that the football season is upon us our training time has moved to its winter times, we now start at 8pm on the 3G at Ringmer FC behind Kings Academy EVERY Monday evening.

So you can now watch all of the One Show before getting off the sofa to come and join us.

Come and see us on Monday (especially if you're a goalie, we need goalies, but all welcome obvs!)

Our membership continues to grow but we could do with a couple of goalkeepers, is that you?

No need for walking football experience, just a willingness to get between the sticks on a Monday night, and for the friendlies that we play at various times against other Sussex based teams.

New outfield players also always welcome!

Monday 7pm - we hit the 3G at Ringmer for 90 minutes of Argentina-esque skills, moaning, diving and aggression.

Well, not quite. We do the moaning quite well but that's about it.

If you're 50+ then come and join the 20ish of us for a kick about - won't cost you a penny and you never know, you might actually enjoy yourself.

Whatever the result this weekend we'll be strutting our stuff on the Ringmer AFC 3G pitch at 7pm on Monday - will you join us or watch Eastenders (did you know you can do that later on catchup)?

We usually get 18-24 turn up, once we get to 20 we'll play small teams round robin, otherwise will be a larger sided game on half a pitch.

No ego's required, just a pair of suitable boots.

We've gone to great lengths to get our flag to the top of the Empire State Building, so do us and yourself a favour - get off the sofa this Monday evening.

Yes, we reach June on Monday. The sixth month of the year in the Gregorian calendar, lasting 30 days. It bridges spring and summer in the Northern Hemisphere and winter in the Southern Hemisphere.

It's also a great time to start playing sport.

Like walking football.

We play Monday evenings from 19.00 to 20.30 during the summer months.
