3 Reasons You Cant Lose Weight
1️⃣ You’re not in a calorie deficit.
You can eat clean, exercie and take all the supplements, but if you aren't in a calorie deficit you won't lose weight.
You don't have to count calories, but you do have to be aware of them.
A food log is a great way to keep an eye and stay consistent without counting them rigidly..
2️⃣ You are in a calorie deficit but it's not consistent
Sure, you might be in a deficit for 1 week or 2. But its staying in it consistently that will get you the results
So don't get discouraged and give up after week 1 or 2. Stay consistent
3️⃣ You aren't fully invested
If you're feeling super motivated its easy to start planning your new diet and exercise regime
But motivation doesn't always stick around.
And if you aren't invested, your chances of success are small
Sure, you can invest in a programme...but this isn't the only way.
Join a support group, create a reward system!
