For those using the train from Chesham - we will be taking the 08.58 to Rickmansworth.

If you’d like to come but would like to take your time. We have a group leaving at 08:30 aiming to take around 3 hours. (Taking the 07:58 from Chesham to Rickmansworth). Please let us know in advance if you’d like to join this group.

What a fab day we had out on the ridgeway yesterday!

The weather was perfect and the company was brilliant.

If you are driving, we suggest you park at Tring station. We will ferry anyone who gets stuck due to the trains back there after we have finished.

How’s your hip internal rotation!

It’s so important for runners!

Hip internal rotation

Achieving sufficient hip mobility for your chosen sport is a vital component in allowing your body to cope with the loads created.

I find that many clients (particularly men!) have a low degree of hip internal rotation. This movement is involved in so many core sporting actions - running and cycling in particular. Without the ability to internally rotate the femur, the body will compensate, loading structures that are perhaps less able to deal with the forces involved.
