Trainees from our latest intake are preparing to begin their journey to establishing their own barre businesses, side-hustles, or launching their new skills to their existing clientele.

In only 3 months (and not withstanding some serious hard work and commitment) they have transitioned from trainees full of trepidation about their capabilities and potential to fully-fledged Barre aficionados full of confidence and flair ready to start building their teaching experience and businesses from the ground up.

If you want the best possible start to your barre teaching career (whatever that means to you), train with the best in the business. We won’t promise to train you in 2 days, we won’t give you a set class formula and we won’t expect you to put your faith (or money) in a course that holds no external accreditation or endorsement.

Our industry leading, highly-acclaimed Barre Instructor course is back in less than ONE MONTH'S time! And if you are still contemplating signing up, now is the time to do it.

Spaces are limited to ensure that all participants receive the right level of support and to ensure a productive dynamic for the cohort. We also close bookings two weeks before the course start date so that you receive the course materials in good advance time.

Bookings for our next Instructor Training course (15th & 16th October) are coming in thick and fast, so if you’re currently still deliberating over your decision to join us, don’t delay!

We’ve answered a few of the most common questions we’re asked about the course below to guide you, but if you have any specific queries, please get in touch with us directly via email 📩

❓What background/teaching experience do I need to have?
⚠️ This varies depending on your background, many of our trainees don’t have teaching experience yet, but do have a ballet background or have extensive experience of barre classes. Others may already be qualified fitness professionals but without any exposure to barre or ballet. Get in touch and we can discuss your unique situation. But rest assured we aim to be as flexible as possible (no pun intended).

❓Will I gain a recognised qualification?
⚠️ Our course gives you a Certification, this is recognised and endorsed by a national endorsing body who ensure that our standards of content and delivery are the best in the industry. Most Studios (and insurance providers) worth their reputation will recognise this.

❓How does the online course differ from the in-person course?
⚠️It doesn’t! Online participants join us via Zoom, as if they are in the room with us. We aim to be fully inclusive whatever your access limitations or location may be.

❓How long does it take to certify?
⚠️You have 3 months from the 2-day immersive course to practise, practise, practise! During this time you will submit class plans for our feedback and approval, plus an initial video submission so we can check your progress. We give detailed feedback and coaching ahead of the final assessment at the end of that 3 month period.

❓What does the course cost?
⚠️The course costs £600. The price hasn’t changed since the inception of the programme a decade ago. It is exceptional value for money for the coaching and exposure to experience you will get, as well as covering all materials issued to you prior to the course start date and all assessments.

Nothing gives us more pleasure than seeing the progress our Trainees make throughout their journey with us.

You’ll find plenty of barre courses on the market that promise to turn you into a Barre Instructor in a weekend. We don’t believe that’s possible. And the proof comes from the applications we receive from Instructors who have chosen that route and very quickly realised they don’t have the skills, confidence or experience to build a sustainable business.

Our trainees here are submitting their initial assessment video, a check-in 2 months through the course (following their immersive 2-day workshop) when they get to show us how far they’ve come and then receive extensive feedback for the final push to their final exam.

We encourage the trainee cohort to work together to practise teach which not only fosters a wonderfully supportive community for them before they’ve even certified, but allows them to learn from each other too.
