Last Saturday was the finale of our Biggest Loser Challenge - Congratulations to Narcisa Bodescu on taking the title at all the other competitors for giving it their absolute all as you’ll see from their transformation photos they’ve all made massive strides to being in better shape but the big thing for me as their coach was how much their health markers had improved

We gave Nic the tools to do all this with our flexible but incredibly effective nutrition programme. while keeping her accountable with daily check ins she managed to make some amazing changes to her shape and now is in great shape for her holiday. For you guys & gals thinking about joining our Small Group Personal training here is a bit of info on the systems we use and what you can expect.

Firstly why is Small Group PT so popular?

It gets results! FACT ✅

We appreciate everyone has different abilities which is why our programmes are tailored for you so we won't be wasting time on exercises that won't help you progress towards your goal.

Training with like minded individuals is extremely motivating. Seeing other people just like you stay focused and inspired will keep you on the straight and narrow.

It's cheap as chips 😂 at full price it still only works out at £40 pound per week so it's affordable for most.

Okay, so what to expect.

Being new we won't just hand you your programme and expect you to crack on. You'll be briefed on what happens from start to finish and fully coached on each exercise. You'll be working on a maximum of 6:1 - Trainee - Trainer basis so we'll keep a close eye on you and help you perfect your techniques and get the very best out of each session.

You may find the first few weeks of your programme will be similar as other people in the group (depending on your goal), This is because the initial 2 weeks will be an assessment period where we find out what your capable of and refine your techniques before we begin to push you on to achieve more. If you're already experienced in the gym then we will get you progressing much quicker than this though.

If one of your goals is weight management then we will ask you to weigh yourself each week, this is not because we want to be obsessive over the scales it's so that you can learn about how your own body and ensure the nutrition targets we set are getting you the results we'd expect and at the rate you're happy with.
