Flooring is being finished today but it won’t be dry and the fumes are to much to be training in today kids classes back on Monday I promise it is worth the wait the gym looks amazing

Unfortunately the gym won’t be open today we are waiting for the new flooring to come it will be here today so we will be back open and ready for the Wednesday classes 😁

We would just like to take a moment to reflect on Friday’s boxing event 👏

A huge shoutout to Nathan and Jess from MindFight / NextGen Fight Promotions, what a show you put on! From the smallest details to the big moments, everything ran smoothly. An incredible effort, especially for your first event 👏

To all the fighters, a massive well done. It takes real courage to step into the ring. 🥊

Fighting in support of men’s mental health and in memory of his best friend Jordan, Dale McGuire, WON his fight and also raised a massive £4850 for men’s mental health charity!
Huge well done Dale, you should be very proud!

To all the staff at The Queens, thank you for your hard work (it was a busy one!) your efforts didn’t go unnoticed 🙌

And to DMS Security, thank you for ensuring everything ran safely and smoothly. Your professionalism and care for everyone in attendance was outstanding.

Thank you to each and every one of you who attended, showed respect to the venue and staff, and helped create such a great atmosphere throughout the evening 👏

We’re proud to announce the first ever NextGen Fight Promotions boxing show, brought to you by MindFight . It’s going down on March 20th at Queen's Market Rhyl📍

This isn’t just another night of boxing
It’s the start of something special.
A night built by our community, for our community. Showcasing local talent, visiting fighters, and a team of incredible men and women driving this show from behind the scenes. 🫶🏼

But beyond the gloves and grit, this event has heart.
We’re raising awareness and funds for men’s mental health, because in a sport where toughness is everything, it’s time we also talk about what’s going on beneath the surface. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate, and it’s time we fought back together. ❤️‍🩹

One of our fighters Dale maguire is raising money in honour of a friend we lost, a powerful reminder of why this matters. ✅
