Happy parkrun day wherever you were this morning.

On a grey and very windy 🌬️ morning where the striders 💜 came together at Nova as runners, walkers and volunteers to celebrate Ann ‘s 50th parkrun.

What a lovely evening we had at Pete’s Park Runaround 😁💜👍

A huge thank you to everyone who took part in our 5K run, whether running or walking, and to everyone who came along to support us. 👏

It was great to see everyone enjoying themselves, with a bit of friendly competition thrown in for good measure🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️😁

A massive thank you to all our volunteers for their help throughout the evening, and as always to our Master of Ceremonies, Albert 🎤😁👏

Thank you also to Cafe 8/4 for the lovely food and for looking after us so well.

First we have the Ruthin 5k that took place on Wednesday. Well done to all that took part. Congratulations to Moyra who was the 1st Female over 70 and to Elle who was the 1st Female over 40.👏🏻👏🏻

Next, congratulations to Andy who took part in the Big Half Marathon in London.

Lastly, the Caernarfon Half Marathon. Congratulations to all that took part. A special shoutout to Caroline on completing her first half marathon.🥳🥳
