Wise for My Size Confidence Club is for any child who wants to be....
A little braver than yesterday
A little kinder to themselves
Who needs to learn how to be their own cheerleader
Who is keen to make friends in a low demand environment
Who wants to believe in themselves

We offer a gentle, fun and welcoming space for children p3 to S1 to play games, craft, read stories and learn about themselves, their strengths and how to overcome challenges.

Our Autumn term is running with groups in Rhu and Helensburgh. We always offer a free taster session to new members to allow a safe space to try things it out.

We currently have spaces in all classes so please come along

Is this not what it is all about? Helping children feel seen, heard and valued.

We offer children's well-being groups in Rhu and Helensburgh for children P3 to S1. We know many children can be unsure about trying something new so we offer a free taster session to let them try it out whilst taking the pressure off.
