The reason for it only being 30-45 mins is that is all you'll need to make a difference. Sports Science has proven that any exercise over 1 hour is ineffective and you will only be 'watering down' your workouts. I'm here to get you results as quickly and effectively as possible so I'll stick to my guns when I say my workouts are all about....
