You're not just there to gain a GOOD LOOKING BODY, but to also become a HEALTHIER HUMAN BEING! Spin Bikes are a great tool for exercise for 2 reasons. If there are 2 things Fitness Instructors should tell you about immediate CALORIE and FAT BURN, it is that:
1. Long endurance exercise is the MOST efficient way of burning fat. That LOWER BODY exercises are the greatest calorie smasher out there. Your legs and bum are the largest and most powerful part of you. Thus there is no comparison! MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning), like Bootcamp, requires not just strength but HEART! It will push you through your boundaries with exercises that will use muscles you didn't even know you had, whilst at the same time raising your metabolism meaning this: Consume the same calories - Burn MORE calories. LBT-X is not your typical Leg, Bum and Tum workout. It IS our only exercise-to-music class which requires you performing exercises to the beat of the latest TUUUUUUNES! However, we don't do 5000 reps of side-bends, nor do we train one butt-cheek for 6 minutes before moving to the other side....

If you love the Kettlebells but don't have quite the time for Kettlefit, there is the Kettlebell Matrix! All I can call it is an adaption between Kettlefit and Metafit! This class is NEW and has a lot of followers already. It's only 30 minutes long and a test of MENTAL STRENGTH! Be ahead of the game and get fitter than your competition. Then they'll be asking you for advice. Be PROUD of how hard you work in a class! Finally! Fit-to-Box! The clue is in the name! It's our version of BOXERCISE, dudes! Only with a twist. You only need to look at a boxer to see how fit they are! What you don't know is how much focus they put of STRENGTH! We offer a BONUS strength round during this workout, meaning you're not only going to be FIT, but have great AESTHETICS and long-lasting STRENGTH! It is only then that we allow our ATHLETES to work on their AGILITY and POWER training. Jabs, Ducks, Uppercuts etc! All performed on Rocky Friday! The reason for it only being 30-45 mins is that is all you'll need to make a difference. Sports Science has proven that any exercise over 1 hour is ineffective and you will only be 'watering down' your workouts. I'm here to get you results as quickly and effectively as possible so I'll stick to my guns when I say my workouts are all about....

It’s very rare I give out praise as there’s so many benefits to fitness sometimes a ‘Before and After’ can concentrate the focus on just aesthetics.

But when it comes to this big dawg I’ll make an exception!

This hunk has been coming to our gym since he was a punk-arse, snotty little (albeit hilarious at times) kid.

He went from wanting to shed some timbre to one-of-the-regulars who turn up, take the pods out of eachother, train hard and leave.

And although Harvey DOESN’T EVEN LIKE COFFEE 😡….

…. He’s a brother to me and so many others here.

Harv. I know you’ve been chasing this for a long time, so bask in it now my friend.
Progress is never over!
But sometimes you deserve to take a step back and appreciate what you’ve achieved!

We’re all really proud of you.

I’ve opened up some post-race sports massage slots at WilLBfit in Rhos near Wrexham this Sunday (2-7pm) to help tired legs recover after the race.
