I love to start my day with a filling, healthy breakfast.
It wakes me up, kickstarts my metabolism, puts me in a good mood, gives me energy, fuels my workouts, helps my focus, concentration, and productivity, and prevents me from overeating later on.
My breakfast is in high protein, it will keep me full for the entire morning.

Mountain Strong & Gym Strong
When I am not on the hills I make sure I am doing my workouts to stay fit.
My workouts are split into
Lower body push
Lower body pull
Upper body push
Upper body pull
You can imagine leg muscles will need to contract 1000 times against resistance to get the job done.
Meanwhile, your back and shoulders need to support the pack weight. And your core will need to stabilize you, balance you and transmit the power.

Time becomes the biggest reason many don't take action.
You're stuck because you can't get more time.
You are stuck because you won't.
We can only prioritize our time.
Day to day, week to week, and month to month.
4 months to go, plenty of time to accomplish and achieve your goals 🙌

Everything is hard before it's easy.
It is harder to form new habits but once you have developed them, they become automatic and easy to practice.
The best is all habits are learnable.
You can learn any habit you need to learn to become the kind of person you want to become.

The more you practice, the more you like and value yourself
The more you practice, you see yourself in a more positive way. You feel happier and more powerful as a person.

Let me tell you this, weight loss is not the ultimate destination, rather it’s simply an “effect” or “by-product” in your wellness journey.

🤸🏻‍♂️ A simple by-product of mindful eating, being active, sleeping well, hydrating enough overall a healthy lifestyle.

🙅🏻‍♀️ This is NOT a post about how my client lost weight, but a story of how a single woman who had an imbalanced lifestyle due to study/ work pressure developed self-accountability & reached her fitness goal.

💁🏻‍♀️ What you don’t see in this picture is :

✨The day when she decided she is going to take responsibility for herself & approached me.

✨The way she developed self-accountability by being planned & organised.

✨Her simple effort to stick to the easy & sustainable plan (remember! No matter how much your weight loss plan is promising if it’s not sustainable you can’t follow it beyond some days)

✨How she missed following the plan some days but got back the next day without feeling demotivated, guilty or self-criticism.

✨How she enjoyed making small but permanent lifestyle changes & eventually saw small but permanent weight loss.

✨What you definitely can’t see is how she feels, is energetic, lifts better, enjoys sleep & the way she fell in love with herself by nourishing & taking care of herself.

Nope! Motivation doesn’t work every day, it’s only your habits that will help you inconsistency & discipline.
