Away from teaching pilates, this is the other part of my work. Lecturing physiotherapy at Uni is not something I would have even considered 10 years ago, but the opportunity came up 3 years ago. I’m pleased I said yes. It absolutely comes with it’s challenges, but the proud feeling seeing the students graduate out weighs everything ☺️

And that’s a wrap for this academic year. The last class of this term took place today. I have tried to capture a photo from each class, highlighting how strong everyone is 🙌
I’ve absolutely loved teaching classes this year, the work life balance is currently spot on for me. This allows me to focus on each class, teach with my physio head on and keep smiles on everyone’s faces (sometimes known as grimaces 😉).

Pilates end of term finished in style with another couple of outside classes😍. It’s not often I have the opportunity to teach outside so this week we have made the most of it and I am very grateful to the big tree at the Colman for providing some shade 🌳

Last year I did my 12 days of Christmas on zoom and Facebook….. I loved it but not as much as doing it with proper people! Can you spot “8 ladies dancing??!” This was one of my favourite classes ever 🎅🥰🎄🤩
