and if you think about it babies start off in the whom constantly swaying with us as we move so its a comforting feeling to be back close and swaying. classes are 45 minutes long , teas and coffees are available after class . plenty of parking in our venues carparks. I would advice that baby is in one layer of clothing as we dont want our babies getting to warm whilst against us. mums and baby's must of had their 6 week check and have been given the ok to participate in BabyRocks Dance . Slings are not provided unfortunately ,So please do bring your own favourite baby carriers and have fun!
