⭐ Meet graduate Elouise Dubrow ⭐

💬 “Since graduating your course, I got a 1st class honours degree in BSc Equine Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation. I have worked at the Moorcroft Equine Rehabilitation centre in Surrey working alongside ex racehorses developing my skills in ground work and kissing spines research.”

We are so proud of our graduates!! They go on to achieve some pretty incredible things and dedicate their lives to helping horses.

💬 “At the moment I am working on growing my business alongside working on articles for an equestrian sporting magazine - Insights Magazine online. For this magazine I have conducted interviews with Joe Stockdale, Boyd Martin, Gemma Stevens and Tim Price.”

You never know what doors will open!

💬 “I love working in the equestrian industry and I’m always excited to see what new opportunities are out there. I have a steady base of clients who I have great working relationships with.”

It’s a career that keeps on giving… from the horses you work with and the owners you support, it’s a career that gives back as much as you put in.

So true....

Rosca Horsemanship and Areion Academy are thrilled to be welcoming Dr Susan D. Fay to the UK for an immersive three-day gathering on Friday August 27th – Sunday August 29th 2027.

Best-selling author of the book 'Sacred Spaces' and 'Woven By Words', Dr. Susie's diverse background as a horse trainer, rancher, psychologist and researcher enables her to draw on a broad range of experience and knowledge to arrive at innovative ways to improve horse-human and human-human relationships, infusing scientific principles with spiritual practices to teach people the silent language of horses.

Each day will focus primarily on sacred space relational principles; this may emphasise creating mental and emotional balance, exploring the signs of trauma and emotional triggers in a horse or hat creates relationship, training or handling challenges and can be conducted on the ground or in the saddle.

Whether you are attending as a participant on the gathering or joining us as a spectator, this three day event hosted at Professional Equine Services in Kneesall, Nottinghamshire, will be an experience not to miss.

Limited tickets are available.

So many people hold themselves back from pursuing something they are genuinely passionate about because they worry they are “not academic enough” or fear they will struggle in a learning environment.

But often, it is not the person that is the problem, it’s the environment they were expected to learn in.

At Equissage Europe, we know that every student learns differently. Some learn best through hands-on experience, some need time to process information, some ask lots of questions and some simply need reassurance while they build confidence.

And that is completely okay.

Learning should never feel intimidating or isolating.

It should feel supportive, engaging and safe enough for you to grow in confidence as your understanding develops.

That is exactly the kind of environment Helen creates for her students.

With over 20 years of experience, she adapts her teaching style to the individual in front of her, making sure students feel encouraged and supported every step of the way.

Because confidence is not something people arrive with.

It is something that grows when people feel properly supported while they learn.

DM the word “SUPPORT” if you’d like to know more about studying with us

Whilst teaching takes up most of my time, I also have an equine and human practice here in Norfolk. I love actually treating clients as well as teaching. Some of my equine clients have now been with me for 14 years!

Whilst the majority of my human patients are riders themselves, I specialise in all areas of musculoskeletal skeletal physiotherapy and increasingly in domestic visit physio for those post orthopaedic or trauma surgery especially in the elderly, helping them maintain independence in their own homes.

I also volunteer as County Physio for Riding for the Disabled association. Having different strings to your bow also means you never have a dull day!

It also means that by actively working in the industry, supporting real horses, working through real cases and continually building on over 20 years of hands-on experience, it shapes everything I teach.

It means students gain insight into the small details that only come from years of practical work. The things you notice. The patterns you learn to recognise. The confidence that develops through working with hundreds of horses over time.

Because becoming an ESMT is not just about passing a course.

It is about learning from someone who truly lives and breathes this work every day.

If you’d like more information on becoming an ESMT and our upcoming summer courses, DM the word “LEARN”.

One of the most rewarding parts of being an ESMT is knowing that the work you do can have such a meaningful impact on a horse’s comfort and wellbeing.

This career is not simply about “working with horses”.

It is about learning to truly observe them, understand how they use their bodies, recognise subtle changes and support them in a way that helps them feel and move better.

As an ESMT, you become part of that horse’s team. You work alongside owners and other professionals, helping to support comfort, movement, recovery and overall wellbeing.

Horses are incredibly good at adapting and compensating, and often the smallest details can tell us the most.

For people who feel deeply passionate about horse welfare, there is something incredibly special about building a career where you can make this kind of difference every single day.

And with the right support and guidance, that career can absolutely become a reality.

DM the words “DREAM CAREER” to find out more about how you can make this difference.

Exhausting, expensive, chaotic… and somehow still the best thing ever 🐴

Double tap if you agree ❤️

1️⃣ We’ll forget to eat ourselves… but our horses have carefully balanced feeds, supplements for every possible occasion and probably better nutrition than we do.

Meanwhile we’re surviving the yard on caffeine and a cereal bar found at the bottom of the car 😅

2️⃣ We buy the gorgeous ‘matchy matchy’ sets… And then proceed to use the same faithful saddle pad every single ride because “it just fits better”.

3️⃣ We’re amazing problem solvers! If you need to lead 3 horses and carry 5 haynets to the field- you’ll find a way to do it in one trip.

Horse people are a different breed!

Double tap if you agree.
