Kernow Hydro Open 7 days a week for Baby Swim lessons, Aqua Circuits, Aqua Natal, Hydrotherapy, Kid and Adult swi Kernow Hydro is a super heated 8m x 3.5m mineral salt pool.

We are offer swim classes for babies, children and adults. Our Hydro Bubbles parent and baby sessions are the best value for money in Cornwall, perhaps even the UK ! Not just Baby Swimming , Aqua Sensory, Baby Massage, Post natal Exercise and so much more. Oz squad classes are for 4-10yr old children. Classes run 7 days a week. Classes are small at max. 6 for our under 4 years, 4 for our newborn c

lasses and max 6. for our 4+ years. We also offer hydrotherapy 5 days a week. Private swim sessions for our current swimmers or those that would like to try us. All sessions are pre-book only, contact our booking team [email protected]

Once again please don’t fret about prepaid sessions we will add these to the timetable once we reopen.
