Had a huge response thankyou so much to everyone that's reached out and ordered a t-shirt/hoodie and even donated it really is massively appreciated by myself and everyone at Kernow gym. The margins are very small unfortunately so every little helps in our attempt to fund raise to buy back our stolen equipment. It's all going to be made to order so if you want one please let me know asap if you have not as the order will be going in the next couple of days

Gym was an absolute state, I have tidied it I will be watching the cameras and if stuff is left out like it was I will start terminating memberships. Do not leave plates on machines or bars put them back on trees. Use some common sense and respect the place we all love to train .

As we approach the 10th anniversary of Kernow Gym, we’ve had the privilege of welcoming some of the strongest and most influential athletes and lifters from around the world to our little corner of Cornwall. Timing has always been key, and over the years, there’s been one person we’ve always tried to get down here, but the stars never quite aligned—until now
It’s with great pleasure that I can finally announce a Seminar with Graham Hicks. Hicksy has been there from the very start of my strength training journey, and he was the first to congratulate me when Kernow Gym opened its doors all those years ago. He’s someone I’ve looked up to, followed, and considered both a friend and an inspiration throughout his career.

Hicksy is known as one of the statically strongest men on the planet, and he’s gearing up to break the world record deadlift with 505kg in Vegas. This is a unique opportunity to learn from one of the best in the business, and you won’t want to miss it!

The gym is now in a lot more usable position, it's a work in progress things may move and change but for now enjoy the new kit.

As you may of seen recently the gym is investing in a lot of new kit big thanks to Billy who picked it all up, but it was too late to set all up and move everything around. It will be done asap within the next couple days, thankyou for your patience
