This is the endless pool, for those of you that haven't been before. It's an amazing facility - super private as it's just coach and swimmer - and works for any age and ability.

I have Thursday evening spaces (including 1 this week) so get in touch.

Good morning all!
Advanced Stroke Improvement at Truro Girls School on a Saturday morning has a few very rare spaces! If you have a child swimming at stage 5 or 6 who would like the challenge of a longer pool and a longer session please shout VERY loudly!

One of my amazing swimmers has completed this walking challenge today - doing 19 miles instead of 12. If any of you want to, and can, add to her total for Samaritans then please follow the link x

The Samaritans offer a service that is such a lifeline for so many people. Su***de is such a big issue in our world. I’m very grateful to all those beautiful people who’ve donated to this fundraiser.
