Christmas is upon us once again 🎄🎄🎄

A massive thank you to everyone who has been a part of Lifestyle Solutions in 2025, and a very merry Christmas to all customers and clients, past, present & future.

Hopefully everyone gets some festive downtime with friends and family.

We will be open again on Mon 29th & Tue 30th. Then 2026 kicks off on Friday 2nd January.

We're kicking off 2026 with some new nutritional programs being released. So watch out for some great evidence based fat loss strategies coming your way.

A massive congratulations to The Molar Explorer for an absolute effort to become the 13th woman to successfully solo, unassisted to the South pole.
Many of you know Cat from the studio & playing her updates over the last couple of months in class has been a pleasure.

We are restarting our fitness sessions 'And Baby comes too' next Wednesday 18th September at Lifestyle Solutions Fitness studio in Redruth.

Our Penlee Baby practitioners will be caring for your baby in an adjoining room whilst you take part in our special fitness sessions led by instructor Shaun.

Settling in for babies at 1pm and class is from 1.15 to 2.00pm.

Blocks of 5 sessions is £35.00.

I love it when memories pop up that remind me of my journey so far.
❤️9 years so far at Gateway Business Centre.
❤️3 years previous to that next to Pool Academy, where Lifestyle Solutions Fitness Studio started.
❤️ 4 years previous to that at my Personal Training studio in Illogan Downs.
❤️22 years this year as a Personal Trainer.

🔥Still loving what I do & the fantastic people I get to work with.

As of July we have an amazing charity Georgia's Voice- Preventing Su***de in Young Women aged 18-25 in Cornwall opening The Village Kitchen just down the corridor from us at Gateway Business Centre.
Coffee ☕️ & training 💪🏼 will soon be back.
