Camborne and Redruth MC held the penultimate round of the Winter/Sping Chamionship for Oset & Youth riders at Burthy Row on Saturday 16th May.

A surprising day in many ways, the forecast was rain all day but we had glorious sunshine and dry conditions, 29 entered online but a further 9 sent apologies for various reasons. We tweaked the Hard Course a little which suited the Oset riders who well beat petrol engines machines on the same course.
Results.
Experts: Ashley Cuming 15, Charlie Harris 28
Petrol Class: Charlie Riddell and Andrew Hancock both 15, Dexter Tripconey 18, Blake Charlesworth 23.
Oset Hard Course: Tommy Cuming, Riley Wales and 8yr old Bowie Sinkinson all clean, no marks lost. 2nd place George Smith 15 and William Lewis 17.

🌟 The 21st RCT Youth Sports Awards: a fantastic evening celebrating youth sport in Redruth!

🏆 We supported 24 local clubs with new kit and equipment and recognised 24 young people for ‘making a difference’, alongside presenting the Jago Ford Shield to Rowann Ford for her outstanding contribution to youth sport.

🎤 With inspiring words from guest speaker Liam Norwell about his journey into professional cricket, the evening was a real celebration of the enjoyment, confidence and community that sport brings to young people.

Camborne and Redruth MC held the fourth round of the Cornwall Oset & Youth Chamionship at Gilbert's Coombe, Redruth on Saturday 25th April. 28 young riders enjoyed tackling 10 sections x 3 in glorious sunshine and bone dry conditions. Sections were tailored to suit such favourable conditions.

A good entry of 36 young riders tackled 8 section three times each.

Camborne and Redruth MC held the second round of the Cornwall Oset Cup and Youth Chamionship at United Downs Raceway on Saturday 28th February.

An unusual day, first it was sunny all day, we put in some new sections, we had a good entry list of 36 then the sickness bug and more hit and just 29 took part on the day. But a great day in the sun for everyone and some close results.
